Applying to Internet Champions
Read the following before you apply. If you want to make a good impression, be honest! Don't fluff your app
with shit we want to hear, being honest here will save you and us alot of headaches in the future. A couple of things you should remember
before applying:
1. Length and Effort Counts. Don't submit a poorly written application that took you 2-3 minutes. Its a waste of time for both of us.
2. We're not that fucking hardcore. We raid 12 hours a week, we will never get server firsts unless other guilds are fucking
horrendous. If you want one of those guilds, research harder.
3. Over 18. We're all mid 20's, 15 year olds probably won't fit in that well with us.
If you do not take this app seriously,
we won't take you that seriously. In life, this is called a "First Impression", and this application is
your first impression to us. If you just throw something together, breeze through it in 2 minutes with short answers...chances are we won't waste
our time giving you a chance to raid with us regardless of your skill level or who you know. I cannot stress this enough, one line bullshit answers
pretty much get instantly denied.
And finally, read our
Policies Page, which explains our raid hours, guild structure, loot distribution etc.
You can app to us publicly or privately. With a
Public Application, any registered user on our forums can view your app...but you will get a response/feedback
in a day or two from an officer in your application thread. Also known as "communication".
With a
Private Application, only guild members can view it (so therefore more private), but unless we're interested we won't respond. Also known
as "Ignoring it unless we're interested".
